Sydney Airport T3 Amenities Enhanced with Toilet Partition Industries’ Pedestal-Mounted Overhead Braced Design
Toilet Partition Industries (TPI) is proud to be a part of the recently upgraded amenities at Sydney Airport’s Terminal 3. In partnership with Hicon, TPI supplied the durable and stylish cubicle partitions and wall-mounted privacy panels that elevate the design of these new facilities. The chosen Pedestal Mounted Overhead Braced (PO) partitions were selected for their stability and clean, modern look, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics in these high-traffic areas.
TPI’s wall-mounted privacy panels are designed to seamlessly integrate with the overall modern aesthetic, provide discreet and secure separation within the facilities, adding both function and style to the space. The wall-mounted design maximises floor space and contributes to a clean, open feel, aligning with the airport’s focus on accessibility and comfort.
The bathrooms at T3 reflect a thoughtful approach to design and accessibility, featuring warm finishes, soft curves, and noise-reducing surfaces that provide comfort for all passengers, including those with hidden disabilities. The inviting design extends to upgraded parent rooms, now with modern changing stations, private feeding rooms, microwaves, and dedicated nappy disposal units. These additions support passengers travelling with young children, making the facilities more family-friendly and accessible.
In line with Sydney Airport’s commitment to inclusivity, the upgraded amenities also include adult accessible change facilities and gender-neutral bathrooms. The new layout incorporates natural light and energy-efficient LED lighting, contributing to the airport’s sustainability goals.
