Tucked away on Quill Lane, a historic cut-through from the Thames river ferry to Upper Richmond Road, this charming worker’s cottage captures a coastal tranquility. A haven of calm in the city, the lane is still open only to foot-traffic although it used to bustle with greengrocers, fish and chip shops, boot makers and confectioners. Here, Castrads' customer Louisa has created an interior that celebrates the heritage of the lane and its connection to the water.

Castrads, a leading manufacturer of custom-built, custom-finished radiators, were recently involved with House of Pemberley's recent renovation in South-West London, which masterfully blends Victorian grandeur with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
